From the client XincoExplorer, simply move your documents/folders to the special folder "Trash".
Only admins can empty "Trash" to permanently delete data. They need to select "Empty Trash" from the server-side admin interface "XincoAdmin"!
If you don't want others to read your information while still being stored in "Trash", simply remove all access rights from them, except your owner rights.
