Here's my current road map for 2.1.x:

Infrastructure upgrade

JPA upgrade: move database from plain jdbc to JPA (90% done)
Web Service upgrade: Upgrade the web service to something more up to date

New Features

Settings into DB: Move the settings from the context.xml to the database
Web App upgrade: Move it to Web 2.0 (i.e. facelets)
Xinco Explorer to an Netbeans RCP

Stuff to discuss:

Integration with OpenOffice
Integration with Windows Office
